We would rather return your money than have you keep something that does not speak to you. That is why the guarantee below carries no conditions.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund, for any reason. You do not need to justify the request or fill in a form: one email is enough.

Your files stay yours. We do not ask you to delete the portrait or the reading, and refunding an order does not cancel the work already delivered to you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.
